Lizette Snorgaard is a young Danish women’s wear designer who lives and works in Copenhagen. She has received both national and international acclaim because of her seductively rich aesthetic that shows a wide spectrum of diverse influences. Everything from music and design to current visual art, plays a part in the Lizette Snorgaard look and she incorporates very different styles and fashion periods into her edgy garments that are always distinctly Lizette.

On paper, the divergent influences, such as late 1970s disco, chic 1920s modernism and themes like contemporary femininity and the contradiction between organic and graphic shapes, sound like a cacophonous mess, but in the hands of Lizette Snorgaard it becomes a case of many different, loud voices finding one subtle, confident and resonant expression.
